Bringing our families together, sharing smiles with our children, and celebrating the season with Santa made this moment one to remember. Thank you to everyone who joined and made it special.

Every year, we host a pre-New Year’s gathering where the whole team is invited - and not just teammates, but the people who make our lives richer: partners and kids.

This year was another great reminder of why we keep the tradition alive. More families joined, the room was full of laughter, and yes - it really does feel like there are more little Alterset fans every year.

While the kids played and enjoyed the program (and the gifts), we had our own little pause from everyday routines: a bit of food and drinks, a lot of conversations, and plenty of photos to capture the moment.

These gatherings are about more than an event - they’re about the kind of company we want to be: human, connected, and proud of the community we’re building together.
