Junior recruiter

Responsibilities:
  • Support in end-to-end recruiting for vacancies across departments and seniority levels.
  • Actively source candidates, screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews and act as the point-of-contact for candidates through the entire recruitment funnel
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience and nurture a network of active and passive talent.
  • Support managing our employees’ entire lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Providing assistance to HR Manager with administration and maintenance of employee files, documents and contracts.
Requirements:
  • You have gained first experience in HR/Recruiting field.
  • You are passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • You have a high affinity towards IT topics and are eager to expand your technical knowledge.
  • You are very people-oriented and goal-driven.
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills.
